HOLLY

Hi, I’m Holly!


Health and Fitness quickly became a big hobby of mine when I started to really battle with anxiety and depression. It was an outlet for me to get out of my head and into a completely different world. It gave me something else to focus on other than what the demons were doing in my mind. To this day, my main ‘why?” for training, is what it does for me mentally.

 

I have been running my own Private Personal Training Studio for the past 3 years and have been very proud of all my clients that have become healthier, stronger and more aware of what they are capable of. Running the studio has always had me wanting to be able to reach more people and help them to pursue their own greatness, and that is how The Fitness Playbook was born!

 

Fitness is more than working out. It’s showing up, it’s mentally pushing your limits, it’s for your mental health, for your heart health, and for you to feel like an absolute boss!


JORDAN

Hi, I’m Jordan!


I started playing sports at a young age right through High School but as a teenager I fell into bad habits pretty quickly and neglected my health and fitness. In 2010, I got back into fitness when I decided to join the Military.


My fitness continued to improve throughout my career where it slowly evolved into a passion and a lifestyle. My experience in the New Zealand Defence Force has taught me about the importance of looking after my body.


I figure if my body fails me, it’s no one else's fault but my own. This keeps me accountable, and is my drive to continue developing myself to be better. Seeing myself progress and transform as a result of hard work is a big motivator, and I would love to share that same feeling with as many people as I can.

We create a training plan and meal plan to suit your unique goals and to help you reach your full potential!
